New Year, New You?

Welcome back. Happy New Year. People typically like to take the opportunity to reevaluate some bad habits and try to correct them around this time of year. For our first post of the New Year lets share a few resolutions you are committing to making or discuss how it may have went for you in the past. Are you able to stay committed to a resolution you make with yourself? Or what would you like to change about yourself and how can you?

  2. This year, I want to stop biting my nails. I am terrible at staying committed to a resolution, but I will still try. I found that when my nails are painted and not chipped, I don't bite my nails as much. So to enforce, my resolution, I will try to paint my nails every week or when the start to chip.

  3. This year I plan to be more organized when it comes to school work because I think it will enhance my studying skills in particular. I also want to be more active in my society and community, like participating in some activities my neighborhood may offer. I have also created a chart called "2018: A Year in Colors", where I fill in how my day was based on a certain color and mood. I want to be able to keep this up all year and look back to it in the future years.
